Summer Challenge 2020

I’d like to invite you all to No Gym No Problem’s Summer Challenge 2020. I’ve created three workouts that combines strength and cardio, that you should try to do every week for the month of July and you will guaranteed improve your fitness.

All workouts are max 30 min, without equipment and can be done anywhere. So NO EXCUSES!!!!

The plan is to start on Monday the 29th of June and a good set-up is to try to workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but any days work. But keep the order of the workouts.

If you’d like to do more, then use the other days for running, hiking, cycling, swimming and playing with kids.
