My name is Peter Sjöberg and I started No Gym No Problem to inspire and help you who wants tips, motivation, training program about training at home or outdoors, such as bodyweight, TRX, Dumbbells, running, etc.

I love training and have played football my whole life, but also tried lots of other sports. The last couple of years, my own training mostly consists of running, OCR and strength training.

I’ve been a fitness trainer for 10 years, and a P.E teacher for 16 years. I love to work with people and try to influence them to be the best version of themselves.
